Application Checklist
INCOME: (Any two of)
• Three recent computerised payslips.
• or, letter from employer stating position, commencement date - if still on probations, annual gross income, year to date, regular overtime and allowance.
• Copy of employment contract (if applicable).
• Last 2 years group certificates or tax returns.
 
IF SELF EMPLOYED:
• Last two years tax returns, (personal and company) Memorandum and Articles of Association, copy of trust Deed.
 
RENTAL INVESTMENT:
• Copy of tenancy agreement for all owned investment properties or a letter from a real estate office to confirm the estimated rental income.
 
ASSETS:
• Copy of saving history for past 6 months (passbook, statements).
• Copy of sale contract on existing home or settlement letter from your solicitor if the despoit is to come from the sale of an existing home.
• Written statement, if any part of the deposit is a gift, stating the amount of the gift and that it is non-repayable.
• Rate notice on any existing owned properties.
• Copy of superannuation statement, share certificate, etc.
 
LIABILITIES:
Copy of contract note or contract of sale.
Copy of plans, specifications or fixed price contract (construction/renovations).
 
I.D.:
100 points ie. passport, drivers licence, birth certificate, credit card.
