| INCOME: (Any two of) |
| • Three recent computerised payslips. |
| • or, letter from employer stating position, commencement date - if still on probations, annual gross income, year to date, regular overtime and allowance. |
| • Copy of employment contract (if applicable). |
| • Last 2 years group certificates or tax returns. |

| IF SELF EMPLOYED: |
| • Last two years tax returns, (personal and company) Memorandum and Articles of Association, copy of trust Deed. |

| RENTAL INVESTMENT: |
| • Copy of tenancy agreement for all owned investment properties or a letter from a real estate office to confirm the estimated rental income. |

| ASSETS: |
| • Copy of saving history for past 6 months (passbook, statements). |
| • Copy of sale contract on existing home or settlement letter from your solicitor if the despoit is to come from the sale of an existing home. |
| • Written statement, if any part of the deposit is a gift, stating the amount of the gift and that it is non-repayable. |
| • Rate notice on any existing owned properties. |
| • Copy of superannuation statement, share certificate, etc. |
